I’m a certified coach, consultant and mentor with years of experience working with executives, leaders, individuals, couples and teams who are longing for major shifts in the lives they are living.

As a designer, I spent years chasing cutting edge technology for Fortune 500 companies, but I’ve found my true purpose and fulfillment investing in your personal growth.
Now, manifesting my life fulfilled and inspiring others to do the same has become a life-sized occupation.
PROFESSIONAL BACKGROUND
Growing up in a family business, I learned the value of entrepreneurship, business and hard work from an early age. I’ve owned and operated numerous businesses and I’m not done.
I’ve spent almost 30 years as a consultant designing brands, digital strategies and technologies for notable Canadian and international organizations in healthcare, finance, media, technology, non-profits and more.
I’m a trained and certified coach with the Co-Active Training Institute (CTI) and a faculty member. I’m accredited with the International Coaches Federation (ICF). I’m also a certified Imago Professional Facilitator.
In addition to using the Co-Active Model as my foundation for coaching, I bring aspects of conscious leadership, somatic coaching, narrative coaching, emotional intelligence, positive intelligence, enneagrams and racial wholeness into our work together.

I stand firmly for the rights of Black, Indigenous and People of Color. I stand firmly for all expressions and realities of one’s sex, gender, age and ability. And I’m committed to being called into learning and being the bridge between others and the whole.
I stand for the freedom to honour one’s ancestry, faith, language, culture and traditions without fear of prejudice. I’m committed to unpacking my own prejudice in regards to race, gender, age, faith and Mother Earth.
I recognize that we are all in relationship. It is in relationship we create and created by. Especially in relationship to Self, each other and to the world. And I’m committed to the seventh generation principle rooted in ancient traditions to see to it that future generations benefit from our work today.
