Discovery

Coaching is a relationship that is meant to empower you. It’s essential that we are on the same page with what you want to gain from coaching. We will spend time designing our alliance, setting intentions and goals for your coaching.

Coaching Sessions

This is where the magic happens. Each coaching session is time to assess, explore, brainstorm, develop new awareness, perspectives, and strategies that will get you closer to what you want most from life.

Application & Integration 

We’ve done some inner work. Now it’s time to bring it out in the real world. Between each session you’ll have opportunities to apply and integrate what you’re learning about yourself in all aspects of your life - personal and professional.

Half or Full Day Intensives

Consider this like a bootcamp for your growth and transformation. We can do this as a standalone program or integrate it into your coaching program. 

Completion & Renewal

Not everything must come to an end. At the end of your program, we’ll celebrate how far you’ve come and envision what’s next for you.
