MY STORY
I've spent my career at the intersection of personal growth, leadership, and human relating. And over that time I've come to believe one thing above almost everything else:
The most important work for leaders starts from the inside.
Not because the external work doesn't matter. Strategy, execution, and results all matter. But because the leader who doesn't know themselves deeply will always be limited by what they can't see.
Their blind spots. Their adaptive patterns. The limiting beliefs they formed long before they ever stepped into a leadership role.
I know this not just as a coach, but as someone who has done, and continues to do this work myself.
That's what I bring into every engagement. Not a methodology. But a genuine curiosity about who you deeply are, what's in your way, and what becomes possible when you lead from a place of real self-knowledge.
HOW I WORK
I work from the inside out, through a process of radical self-discovery that gets underneath the performance, behind the masks, and to who a leader really is.
That means asking thought provoking questions and offering perspectives than most coaches wont. For the purpose to see beyond what are you trying to achieve, to see who are you being while you try to achieve it. Not just what's going wrong, but what in you might be contributing to it.
It also means experimenting with frameworks and tools not as curriculum but as doorways into your leader within. The Enneagram. The Leadership Circle Profile. Conscious Leadership. Non-Violent Communication. These are just some of what’s in my toolbox to explore who you are.
This is not comfortable work. But it is the work that lasts.
