  • Completely. What happens in our sessions stays between us. For programs with a manager or stakeholder touchpoint, the scope and format of that conversation is agreed with you upfront — nothing is shared without your knowledge and consent.

  • Most executive coaching works on the outside, communication skills, executive presence, strategic frameworks. We work from the inside out. The focus is radical self-discovery. Understanding who you are beneath the patterns and pressures that high-performance environments create. That's where lasting change lives.

  • Both options work. Many engagements are sponsored by the organization, invoiced directly to the company with corporate payment terms. Others are individually funded. We can discuss the right structure for your situation on the discovery call.

  • Depending on your program tier, your engagement includes the Integrative Enneagram (iEQ9) and/or the Leadership Circle Profile (LCP 360). These aren't administered as standalone reports. They're debriefed in the context of an established coaching relationship, which is when the insights actually land and produce change.

  • Yes, and there are volume pricing options for organizations investing in three or more leaders simultaneously. This is worth discussing on the discovery call.

  • Life happens. We build flexibility into every engagement. Rescheduling is straightforward. If a significant pause is needed we'll discuss how to protect the integrity of the program arc.
