There are many plugins and extensions available online that will enable automatic posts from your web site to your Twitter page. For example, this site is built using Wordpress. Or send private tweets to specific individuals. The important thing is to keep the channel open for conversation. Invest time either daily or weekly to post what’s going on with you and your business to let people know you’re out there. Once you go go silent people lose interest and will stop following you. Bad!
