2005, Organon Inc launched Nuvaring in Canada. A marketing and PR strategy was developed to create awareness among health practitioners, women patients and media. This included an online sexual health centre educating women about the various birth control methods available in Canada.
MyBirthControl.ca encouraged women to learn about birth control, compare methods and with our interactive quiz learn which method was right for them. In the results women would learn how a contraceptive ring (Nuvaring) would be a viable and convenient option for them. The visitor would also be able to print information sheets to speak to her GP or gynecologist about what’s right for them.
