Nuvaring is an innovative form of birth control that was introduced in 2001. The idea behind Nuvaring was so novel at the time it was difficult for women to imagine using this new form of contraceptive and switching from a method they’ve been using comfortably for years.
The other challenge was to convince healthcare professionals that this method was safe, easy to use, met all clinical requirements and very easy to prescribe to patients.
The Strategy
We created a marketing strategy to patients to present Nuvaring as easier, more reliable and discrete than most other contraceptives. The communication was fun, engaging and easy to follow.
